Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period:
We prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice.
The product must not have been tampered with.
3. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. After approval, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account.
Please note that the refund process usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
4. Exceptions (Items not eligible for return):
Products that appear to have been used or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
If any accessories or original packaging materials are missing.
Any product specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
